MBA students can also choose the university’s healthcare concentration, which focuses on how healthcare facilities and organizations operate. This program features the same business core but offers different concentration classes. Both programs have seven start dates every year that let students begin in the fall, spring or summer.

The university’s online MED programs include a major in reading. Students spend up to three years in the program, but most graduate in two years. Majors will take one elective and do an offline practicum. They will also take 10 required classes that are worth 30 credits. Those classes include Research Methods, Constructive Literacy Assessment, Foundations of Literacy, Writing Instruction and Professional, Student and Staff Development.

In the MED in Technology and Customized Learning, students look at how teachers can use new forms of technology in the classroom and as they work with students. During their last two semesters, they’ll do practicums that require they work in a field that uses educational technology. Some of the courses in this MED program include Professional and Ethical Leadership, Applying Educational Technology, The Changing Role of the Teacher, and Teaching and Learning with Technology.

The university also offers an online MED in Educational Administration/Adult and Higher Education.
