The Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction is a 31-credit-hour education degree program that can be earned in several concentration areas including Learning Skills/ School Improvement; Mathematics Education; Reading Specialist; Teaching Civics and Government; Education Technology and Teaching English as a Second Language.

There is a Master’s in Gerontology degree that contains 36 credit-hours. Students take 26 credit hours of required courses such as Adult Development and Aging; Aging and the Family and Environments and Aging. The Master’s in Nuclear Engineering is a 30-credit-hour program that can be earned in a thesis or non-thesis format. There are no elective courses. Requisites include Engineering Analysis; Monte Carlo for Engineers; Special Topics in Nuclear Engineering; Nuclear Reactor Engineering; and Radiation Protection and Shielding. Navy personnel who have post-graduate training in nuclear engineering may apply it toward this degree.

Kansas State University Application Requirements

Students applying to graduate programs at this university begin by creating a student account and then accessing the application forms. They apply to the department which houses their degree programs and then, upon their recommendation, the application is sent to the graduate school.

There is a $65 non-refundable application fee.

The application form contains prompts that ask for documentation or information.
